At WeightWatchers, he served as Director of Global Franchise Operations and later Head of Franchise Partnerships & Acquisition Integration, overseeing a $50M line of business and leading 10+ acquisitions, where he compressed M&A timelines from months to weeks and kept deals smooth for everyone involved. At Driven Brands, he leads franchise development, identifying the right prospects, closing new deals, and helping existing owners use AI and data to expand into the markets that make the most sense for them. He is also a competitive CrossFit athlete and volunteers with local rescue dogs at Posh Pets, so he's comfortable with high energy, big personalities, and a bit of chaos.

Michael is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Adelphi University, where he teaches Business Analytics courses, researches AI trends, and chairs the Willumstad School of Business AI Committee. Michael spent four years as a Data Scientist at CB4, an NYC-based AI startup acquired by GAP Inc. in 2022. At CB4, he led analytics projects for enterprise retail clients and helped drive the company's successful acquisition. He also runs Applied AI Training, a service that teaches practical AI skills through workshops. At West End AI Co., Michael brings technical depth, analytical expertise, and a moderately quick 5K time.
